Jasper Engines and Transmissions announced the promotions of Matt Weinzapfel and Ryan Dooley. Weinzapfel is now the company’s vice president of engine manufacturing, and Dooley has moved into the position of diesel division manager.
Weinzapfel came to Jasper in 1994 and has spent time in the company’s accounting, gas and diesel and production system divisions. He will now oversee the remanufacturing processes of gas engine and diesel engine divisions.
“I appreciate the opportunity to serve the Jasper family in this new role,” says Weinzapfel. “I look forward to working with all Jasper associates on our journey of continuous improvement.”
Dooley has been with Jasper since 1997 and spent 11 years in the company’s customer service department. He has worked as manager of Jasper’s diesel room since Aug. 2008.
