Dr. Bob Nelson of Nelson Motivation will be the featured speaker during Truck Parts & Service’s presentation breakouts on September 20 at the 2011 CVSN Aftermarket Distribution Summit at the Key Bridge Marriott in Arlington, Va.
According to CVSN, Nelson draws from original research and his doctoral work, as well as his experience in working with two-thirds of the Fortune 500 companies on the topic of employee motivation, rewards and recognition. Because of his vast experience, Nelson is able to best show you ways how you can make a difference managing your employees and draw from methods used by the best companies and managers do so, the CVSN says.
Nelson’s presentation at the CVSN will be held from 9:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. on September 20, and will include portions of his book, “The Rewards of Recognition: Motivating Today’s Employees.”
