Jost will be featured in part of the program’s “big rig” series. The episode, hosted by Sam Memmolo and Dave Bowman, will debut at 11:30 a.m. EST Sunday, Oct. 30 on Fox Sports Net (FSN).
During the segment Greg Laarman, Jost vice president of engineering, will explain how tractor and trailer combinations are safely coupled together, and show the coupling and uncoupling of a combination rig belonging to Big G Express, a Tennessee motor carrier outfitted with Jost fifth wheel, king pin and landing gear, Jost says.
According to Jost, the producers of Motorhead Garage believe understanding this process will give their viewers confidence that the semi’s they share the road with are safely and securely locked together.
Sunday’s episode also will re-air at 4:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 31.
