Fleet PrideFleetPride, Inc. has announced two senior level promotions. Effective Jan. 1, 2012, Mike Paxton has moved from vice president of business development and strategic planning to vice president of mergers and acquisitions; Pete Pasdach has moved from vice president of the Midwest region to vice president of business development.

According to FleetPride, Paxton’s focus will be coordinating all resources required to execute growth through acquisitions, as well as the opening of Greenfield locations in select markets. Pasdach’s 30 years of experience in the heavy-duty industry will bring critically needed support to his position, the company says. Both Paxton and Pasdach will report to W.M. McGee, FleetPride president and CEO.

“With this change, FleetPride has the depth and experience in the senior management team to execute on the tremendous growth opportunities in front of us,” says McGee. “As we expand our national footprint, I am confident of our ability to provide quality product and consistent service to the heavy-duty industry.”
