ACOFAS, the American Council of Frame and Alignment Specialists, has announced it will hold a two-day clinic detailing Department of Labor information, EPA requirements and OSHA regulations affecting service providers on April 24-25, 2012 at the Country Inn & Suites, 6200 South 13th St., Milwaukee, Wis.

According to ACOFAS, some independent repair shops are not aware of all regulations that affect their business and are at risk of violations and fines. This clinic is designed to provide those independent service providers with the information necessary to avoid those fines, ACOFAS says.

Nancy Hodges of National Spring in Milwaukee will host the conference, and ACOFAS says the event will have as many speakers as time allows. The conference is $150 for ACOFAS members, $200 for SSA, NTHECC, HDDA and CVSN members and $300 for anyone else.

To sign up, go to www.acofas.com or contact Gordon Botts at (815) 482-4255. ACOFAS says the event is restricted to 36 guests so those interested should register to attend as quickly as possible.
