The Corporation of the Year award is one of the highest honors presented annually by the organization and is based on several criteria , including historical support of the NBA CLS and the section’s initiatives, demonstrated leadership in diversity initiatives and a commitment to diversity in the corporation’s in-house counsel hiring.
“We’re committed to diversity in all aspects of our company,” Baker says. “This award is a reflection of our efforts in that arena. That said, we continue to make diversity a priority at Meritor.”
