Prior to joining Jacobs, Howell spent 15 years at Ricardo where he held various roles, with his latest position being chief engineer, engines. In this position, Jacobs says Howell was responsible for business development, technical leadership and commercial delivery for projects ranging from clean sheet engine design to waste heat recovery demonstrator.
