The Automotive Parts Remanufacturing Association (APRA) will hold a heavy-duty racks and brake clinic July 26-28 in Chicago, and registration for the event is now open.
The clinic will be held at the Holiday Inn Chicago (O’Hare Area) and will start July 26 with an evening reception. The following day will feature a three-hour morning seminar and luncheon with presentations on the future of remanufacturing for the racks portion of the event. The brake portion of the event will include tours of multiple facilities and a three-hour presentation on brake manufacturing. A golf outing and dinner is scheduled for the final day of the clinic at 1 p.m. July 28 at Old Orchard Country Club in Mt. Prospect, Ill. The cost for the outing and dinner is $85, and non-golfers can attend the dinner for $30.
