“Crucial to the successful delivery of our services within the transportation and logistics sector is an in-depth understanding of today’s industry challenges, ranging from changing export controls and supply chain risks to current sustainability and fleet management practices,” said Robert McCutcheon, U.S. Industrial Products leader for PwC. “Jonathan brings a vast depth of knowledge and experience in the industry, as well as experience in helping clients develop strategies, execute large scale transformations, and leverage information and technology to improve operations. We look forward to his contributions in leading our growing transportation & logistics practice.”

PwC’s Transportation and Logistics practice provides assurance, tax and advisory services for 93 percent of the T&L companies listed in the Fortune 500, serving nearly 300 public and private T&L freight, shipping and transport logistics companies, ports and airlines around the world.

Kletzel brings more than 15 years of experience across industries focusing on airlines, rail, hospitality, gaming, and travel distribution.  He specializes in marketing operations, loyalty, customer relationship management, customer experience design, technology innovation, digital channels, and merger integration. Prior to this role, Kletzel spent two years at PwC as the U.S. Advisory Transportation and Logistics leader. He also spent time as a partner at Diamond Management and Technology Consultants, developing executable business and technology strategies for Fortune 1000 companies. Kletzel received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Northwestern University.

“Taking on this new leadership role is an exciting next step in my career and I look forward to continuing to serve my clients in the transportation and logistics space as well as helping to expand the already robust range of services offered by PwC,” said Kletzel.
