Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. will ring in the new year with an expansion.

The company announced it has acquired the assets of Daltek, LLC in a $13.2 million deal.

According to CVG, Daltek specializes in the application of customized industrial hydrographic films, paints and other interior and exterior finishes and has two leased facilities in Dalton, Ga. with 42 full-time employees.

“This acquisition complements our existing exterior and interior trim products and fits our long-term strategic plan for growth and diversification outside of the Class 8 market,” says Mervin Dunn , president and CEO of Commercial Vehicle Group.

For 2013, the company expects the acquisition to hit revenues of approximately $13.2 million, and expects the acquisition to be incremental to diluted earnings per share by approximately 7 cents.
