Webb Wheel Products Inc. has hired Vernon Pruitt to fill the new position of director of fleet business development in its Aftermarket Business Unit. Pruitt will lead Webb’s Aftermarket Business’ initiative focusing on meeting the needs of fleet operators for premium and innovative wheel-end replacement products in support of their established distribution channel customers.
Pruitt joins Webb after spending more than two decades with Navistar International and most recently as director of sales for UpTime Parts. His experience with Navistar includes managing dealer operations and direct communications with major fleet accounts.
Pruitt holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Mississippi State University and will relocate with his family to Cullman, Ala. area, where Webb Wheel is headquartered.
