Rocky Mountain Parts Specialists has acquired Truman Parts Company in Brigham City, Utah.

The acquisition took place in November 2012, Rocky Mountain Parts says, and after careful analysis the location has been moved to Lindon, Utah. The facility also is said to feature a 20,000 sq. ft. facility, a 4,000 sq. ft. showroom and a $600,000 parts inventory.

Rocky Mountain Parts says it has expanded its personnel with the addition of Kerry Ross – general manager and Joel Memmott – sales manager. The facility will be part of the HDA Truck Pride Network.

“We’re very pleased to have Rocky Mountain Parts Specialists in the HDA Truck Pride network,” says Tina Alread, HDA Truck Pride director of sales and marketing. “They have quickly proven their commitment to the independent aftermarket with the facility relocation and product category expansion.

“Having seasoned professionals like Kerry and Joel is also a beneficial enhancement to rapidly reseed the business. They are both knowledgeable about the industry and have developed long-time, solid relationships with customers, as well as vendors. We look forward to Rocky Mountain’s continued growth and success in the Rocky Mountain region.”
