Valley Truck Parts said Monday the company has achieved Eaton Authorized Rebuilder status, giving the company the opportunity to remanufacture and sell a differentiated choice for Eaton’s popular lineup of heavy duty transmissions.
The new initiative will also give fleets and independent drivers improved options to purchase remanufactured transmissions with 100 percent genuine Eaton components.
“Eaton is a major industry leader in terms of transmissions and other components,” says Gary Troost, general manager for Valley Truck Parts. “Being tied to that will certainly set us apart from our competition. The Eaton Authorized Rebuild provides factory remanufactured specs with a competitive price.”
Valley Truck Parts has 5 distribution centers across the USA, and 5 retail locations in Mich.
To be recognized as an Eaton Authorized Rebuilder, staff at Valley Truck Parts were required to take Eaton technical and sales training, meet certain Eaton rebuild criteria, and must use genuine 100 percent Eaton components for all of the remanufactured transmissions.
Eaton will provide Valley Truck Parts with Eaton Real-Time Warranty coverage, marketing and advertising assistance and Eaton website support.
