It’s been busy at Omnitek Engineering.
The diesel-to-natural gas engine conversion company has opened an office in Dallas to support its work in the region and appointed James W. Cole as vice president of vocational sales and product integration.
Cole comes to Omnitek from Emissions Solutions, Inc., a manufacturer of EPA and CARB certified Navistar DT466 natural gas engines.
“Jim’s extensive industry knowledge and his experience with original equipment manufacturers are important qualities to support our plans for growth, particularly as we ramp up domestic diesel-to-natural-gas engine conversions,” says Werner Funk, president and CEO at Omnitek. “We look forward to working with Jim, who will be based at our new branch office in Dallas. Service is particularly important to customer relationships and close proximity provides added-value. Jim will also be instrumental in OE relations.”
