Randy Fowler assumes the position of vice president, private label, and will be responsible for enhanced focus and sales building of the company’s private-branded business, the company says.

Mark Kardon has joined Penray as director of marketing. In this role he will direct all of Penray’s marketing efforts regarding new products, product management, development of sales tools, and customer communication, the company says.

Steve Abrams has joined Penray as director of operations, with overall responsibility for manufacturing facilities, production, scheduling, shipping and materials sourcing, the company says.

“Penray has a tremendous track record of sales growth and product innovation,” says David Sholtis, CEO. “As a well-planned vertically-integrated company, we have built on product innovation and customer service to achieve sales success, both here and internationally. This new management team is poised to propel us to an even greater level of success.
