Phillips Industries moves facility in China

Phillips Industries has expanded its manufacturing operations in China by relocating to a new facility in Ningbo under the name of Phillips China Auto Parts, LTD.

The new location began operations on Nov. 11, 2013 and will be hosting a grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony on Dec. 10, 2013.

The new business will continue fulfilling the heavy demands of Phillips products sold in the Asia Pacific markets, the company says. Phillips supplies tractor and trailer harness systems as well as other electrical and pneumatic air assemblies and connectors to their expanding customer base in this region.

“Phillips is growing globally and the Asia Pacific region is paramount to that success,” says Rob Phillips, president and COO. “Our new facility supports our mission of supplying the most innovative solutions that truly make a difference for our customers, and the fleets they serve.”
