Hogebuilt moving to new, larger facility

Hogebuilt announced Monday it will relocate to a new facility in Goodlettsville, Tenn.

In its 70th year of operation, the company outgrew the Springfield, Tenn. location it has occupied since 2009.

“We occupy 25,000 square feet in Springfield and our facility in Springfield could no longer hold our capacity,”  says Kyle Denu, company President. “Due to our dealer base increasing and the rising demand from the end user (truckers), we elected to upgrade to a larger footprint to accommodate the influx in business.”

“It is perfect timing for an upgrade to accommodate the increasing demand of our products,” Denu adds. “The additional space will allow us to improve our manufacturing layout. Our lead times were increasing due to inefficient space to inventory our products; this new facility will allow us to serve our customers better.”

The new 43,000 square foot location will allow for greater manufacturing efficiencies and have ample space for market rate inventory to lower lead times for Hogebuilt’s customer base, Denu adds. The company plans to be in the new building next month.

Hogebuilt fenders, manufactured in the U.S., are factory options for Peterbilt and Kenworth trucks and are sold at Peterbilt, Kenworth and Freightliner dealerships and also at select independent shops.
