Hendrickson said Monday the company had completed its the completed purchase of Frauenthalâs heavy-duty leaf spring and stabilizer segment, along with a number of their subsidiaries in Europe from the Frauenthal Group.
In June of last year, Hendrickson agreed on the acquisition of the leaf spring and stabilizer segments from the Frauenthal Group.
âThis acquisition of this business will enable us to broaden our footprint in Europe to better support our global spring customer base,â says Gary Gerstenslager, president and chief executive officer Hendrickson.
