“We are very proud of the team and products produced in Elkhart,” says Hadley president Thomas Bronz. “The mirror product line is a strategic fit in Safe Fleet’s existing portfolio. The transit mirror operation is a vibrant business with a strong management and great opportunities.”

The Sterling Group has a 30 year history of supporting operational improvements by providing a network of organizational resources to their companies. They currently have two other companies in Elkhart, giving them established ties to the people and local commerce there.

Hadley’s team will continue to design, manufacture and distribute interior systems and innovative suspension control solutions such as the SmartValve and the Smart Air Management System (SAMS).
