Double Coin and CMA has released its latest video, which provides insight into Double Coin technology, manufacturing standards, and its products.
This new video touches on advances in Double Coin’s casing construction, enhanced tread compounds and channel siping. These advances are a result of its industry leading Research Institute and modern state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities.
“Used at Double Coin’s manufacturing facilities are high output four drum tire building machines that enhance quality construction and consistency as well as electron beam innerliner curing process,” says Aaron Murphy, Vice President of CMA. “This state-of-the-art technology allows for more consistent curing throughout the tire’s internal compounds, enhancing tire performance, strength and durability.”
