Minimizer is cutting its shipping window on orders from five days to four effective with the new year.
Minimizer CEO Craig Kruckeberg says his company ships on time more than 99 percent of the time, and cutting a day from its turnaround was a way “to challenge ourselves.”
Minimizer experienced just one late shipment in the third quarter of 2015, he adds.
“It was a mud flap order that took a little bit longer,” Kruckeberg says. “Other than that single order, we’ve been perfect.”
The change in shipping will take place during the first quarter of 2016.
“We will continue to look at improving our customer satisfaction in the future on this and other customer-oriented objectives,” Minimizer Vice President of Operations Jim Richards says.
