FTG, Inc. introduces its new WFH525 diesel fuel heater/water separator with integral coolant-type fuel heater, which the company says was engineered to help customers brave the challenges of operating in cold climates by heating and conditioning fuel.
“A compact, rugged, frame-mounted solution that heats diesel, or biodiesel, fuel from the tank using engine coolant” says Pino Pathak, president at FTG. “The housing jacket transfers heat to the fuel chamber which also includes a cleanable 70 micron (or 30 micron) pre-screen that removes damaging contaminants and free water.”
FTG says models featured include the WFH525 and WFH525ACV for manual or automatic coolant (heat) shut-off during summer.
