Whitelisting (sometimes called âsafelistâ or âmarking as importantâ) is a quick, one-time step that makes sure emails from TPS always land where youâll see them: your inbox.Â
In most cases, all you need to do is open one of our emails from your email client â found in the list below â and tell your mail program to trust the sender.Â
If you are not receiving emails from us, they are most likely going to be in a junk/clutter/promotional/spam folder or another subfolder.
Below are step-by-step guides for the most common email services.Â
đ± Apple Mail (Mac + iPhone/iPad)
- Open an email from TPS.
- Tap or click the senderâs name or address.
- Choose Add to Contacts or Add to VIPs.
- Tip: Adding to VIPs creates a special folder just for us in iOS Mail.
đ» Outlook (Desktop versions 20XX)
- Open a message from TPS.
- At the top of the email, look for the notice about downloading images.
- Click and select Add Sender to Safe Senders List.
đ Outlook.com
- Open a message from TPS.
- At the top of the email, you may see: âParts of this message have been blocked for your safety.â
- Click the link that says I trust TPS. Always show content.
âïž Yahoo! Mail
- Open a message from TPS.
- Hover over or tap the â+â icon next to our name.
- Choose Add to Contacts, then hit Save.
đ§ Gmail (Web + Mobile)
- On desktop:
- Drag one of our emails from Promotions or Updates into your Primary tab.
- A message will pop up asking if you want to do this for future messages â click Yes.
- On mobile:
- Open a message, tap Show images, then choose Always show images from [email protected].
đ€ Android (Default Mail App)
- Open a message from TPS.
- Tap the senderâs profile icon.
- Select Add to Contacts.
đȘ Windows Live Mail (Desktop)
- Open a message from TPS.
- At the top of the preview pane, click the link that says Add to Safe Senders List.
đš AOL Mail
- Open a message from TPS.
- Click our name in the âFromâ line.
- Select Add Contact from the drop-down menu.

Once youâve added us as a trusted sender, youâre all set. From now on, TPS will always reach your inbox first.
