Fullbay unveiled new products and updates to its Fullbay Connect platform during the company’s Diesel Connect conference this week in Phoenix. The upcoming launch, featuring three distinct product offerings,Two-Way Texting, Fullbay Marketplace, and Fullbay Financials, represents the largest product launch in Fullbay history and signifies the forward trajectory and growth of the company within the industry.

The three products announced were developed to provide significant additional support to heavy-duty repair owners and colleagues, helping them run and manage their shops more effectively through updated and integrated extensions of the existing Fullbay platform, the company says.

“The Fullbay team is thrilled to introduce our innovative lineup of new products, further expanding our portfolio to provide the heavy-duty repair industry valuable tools that make running repair shops more efficient and profitable,” says Patrick McKittrick, CEO of Fullbay. “Creating and implementing effective solutions for our industry peers is what drives us. Launching these products at our second annual Diesel Connect conference was a tremendous achievement and I’m proud of our team for their dedication and effort in bringing these solutions to life.”

The company describes the new features as follows:

  • Fullbay’s two-way texting feature is an expansion of its existing text messaging function directly within the Fullbay platform. The new enhancement is designed to improve the communication between heavy-duty repair shops and their customers by allowing shops to quickly send, receive, and respond to text messages without leaving the Fullbay interface. Two-way texting will be available exclusively to customers with select Fullbay Connect plans.
  • Fullbay’s Marketplace introduces an integration with Nexpart, a third-party parts multi-seller platform, providing a unique feature that allows repair shop owners to browse, order parts, and sync order information back to a service order within Fullbay. The solution saves time and increases profitability for shop owners by allowing them to browse parts from multiple vendors in one place, eliminating the hassle of calling or emailing vendors about ordering, inventory, or pricing. Fullbay Marketplace will be available exclusively to customers with select Fullbay Connect plans.
  • Fullbay Financials allows shop owners to effectively manage their accounting workflow by easily transferring customer and vendor financial data from the Fullbay platform to the shop owner’s preferred accounting software. Fullbay Financials will be available exclusively to customers with a Fullbay Connect plan. Specific financial software will require different levels of Fullbay Connect.

Fullbay’s new lineup of products will be available on May 22, the company says.
