Bridgestone offers new size of FS509 tire

Bridgestone now offers a new size of the FS509 tire, the company announced Tuesday.

The 11R22.5 gives fleets additional load capacity, the company says. The wider casing has a sidewall protector and it is SmartWay verified for fuel efficiency and low rolling resistance.

The tires feature a 19/32nd tread depth with an irregular wear resistant pattern, an optimized belt package and a fuel-saver sidewall to improve fuel consumption both new and after a retread.
