Fleming, has been with NAPA Auto & Truck Parts since 1990 and brings more than 20 years of aftermarket experience and managerial expertise to his new position with Grote.

During Fleming’s time at NAPA, he held positions in sales support, marketing development, business development of national accounts, heavy-duty business development and product management.
