Parker Chelsea releases new 891 series PTO

Parker Chelsea has introduced the 891 series PTO, which is said to make PTO and pump installation simpler and more reliable on oil field exploration and maintenance trucks.

The 891 series was designed with maximum clearance for 4000-4500 transmissions with oil cooler options, and comes with a wet spline system that lubricates the PTO and pump shafts. According to Parker Chelsea, the wet spline system can increase the life of the PTO components 7 to 10 times longer than a dry mat connection. The 891 series PTO features six speed ratios, seven output types and six shift options.
