Eaton makes changes to Vehicle Group

John Coll has been named vice president of global marketing for Eaton’s Vehicle Group. Coll joined Eaton in 2001 and was recently employed as the company’s director of sales for Eaton’s  truck business in North America.

“We’re transforming the Vehicle Group from a product-focused organization to a market-focused one,” says Ken Davis, Vehicle Group president. “John’s marketing leadership skills and experience position him very well to lead that transformation for us.”

Coll also has made three appointments to his global marketing leadership team:

  • Don Alles has been named director of branding and communications. Alles has been with Eaton since 1984.
  • Bill Carter has been named director of sales and marketing functional excellence. Carter has been with Eaton since 1976.
  • Tom Nellenbach has been named director of marketing intelligence. Nellenbach has been with Eaton since 2006.
