ESCO announces the new Brake Safe

Brake Safe UnitESCO has released the Brake Safe, a product for providing a visual indication of air-brake stroke travel. The Brake Safe is designed to comply with CSA’s Subpart C 393.53, called “Automatic brake adjusters and brake adjustment indicators,” and ESCO says the product takes unnecessary guess work out of determining brake adjustments.

The Brake Safe comes in two universal formats: one fits all power unit steering and drive axles while a second fits all trailer axles. According to ESCO, Brake Safe can be installed on a brake chamber in 10 to 15 minutes.
