Eaton Corp. on Thursday, May 12, announced it has completed its purchase of the Internormen Technology Group, a provider of hydraulic filtration and instrumentation. Terms were not announced.
Internormen, which is based in Altlussheim, Germany, has sales and distribution subsidiaries in India, China, Brazil and the United States. The company employs about 360 people and had 2010 sales of more than $55 million.
