Meritor Inc. has announced the appointment of Curt Wormington as the director of sales for its North American Trailer Products business. He succeeds Walt Sherbourne who has rejoined Meritor’s Aftermarket business.
According to Craig Frohock, general manager, North American Trailer, Wormington is responsible immediately for the growth of the trailer business in North America. With his sales staff, he will drive the implementation of sales initiatives for trailer customers with a focus on the growth of air suspension sales in U.S., Mexico and Canada, from an OEM and aftermarket perspective.
Wormington recently served as a distribution sales and business-unit manager, after running his own distribution company for ten years. Previously, he was regional sales manager for Meritor’s aftermarket business.
