Burton named VP of Global Operations at Jacobs

Keith BurtonJacobs Vehicle Systems has announced the appointment of Keith Burton as vice president of Global Operations.

According to Jacobs, Burton will be tasked with leading the efforts of operations supply management for the North America and China markets. Burton joined Jacobs’ parent company Danaher in April and has since completed an extensive immersion process to understand the Danaher business system processes and tools, the company says.

Prior to joining Jacobs Vehicle Systems, Burton spent five years as the general manager and vice president of manufacturing for HON/HNI, managing two manufacturing facilities in Iowa and Kentucky. He has also worked for SDST and spent 17 years at Detroit Diesel.
