Peterbilt names Parts and Service Dealer of the Year

2011 Dotyrgb 96dpi MedPeterbilt Motors Company has named Peterbilt of Sioux City in Sioux City, Iowa, the 2011 Peterbilt Parts and Service Dealer of the Year.

According to Peterbilt, the yearly award recognizes overall excellence in parts and service performance while enhancing business operations with the integration of new Peterbilt technology and product offerings. Brad Wilson, dealer principal of Peterbilt of Sioux City, and his team accepted the award at the annual Parts and Service Meeting.

“Peterbilt of Sioux City delivers the quality customer service that customers value and expect with the Peterbilt brand,” says Bill Jackson, Peterbilt general manager and Paccar vice president. “The Sioux City team continuously exceeds the needs of customers by ensuring the availability of Peterbilt products, parts and technologies.”

A family-owned business since 1954, Peterbilt of Sioux City is a full-service dealership offering an extensive line-up of Peterbilt trucks for over-the-road, vocational and medium-duty applications.  The 26-bay service center, staffed with factory-trained technicians, is equipped with an extensive inventory of truck parts for all makes and models, Peterbilt says. Customers can utilize the quality parts and service offerings onsite at the dealership or through the roadside assistance program, the company says.
