Reyco Granning announced the realignment of its corporate structure in order to increase customer response time and satisfaction. At the center of the new structure is the Value Stream, whereby members from engineering, sales and customer service focus solely on a specific group of customers and report to the vice president of their designated value stream. Reyco Granning says the establishment of cross-functional teams empowers the value stream leaders to be more strategic on all levels, from new product development to pricing to market share.
Reyco Granning products now are classified under the following three value streams: “Light Vehicle and Auxiliary” led by Brien Scheffee, “Powered Vehicle” led by Joe Gallo, and “Trailer and Aftermarket” led by Steve Denny.
