Ground breaking took place on March 20, and the facility is expected to be completed this fall. This new location will replace the company’s existing location in Salt Lake City. The decision to build was based on the company’s 23 percent growth in the last year.
The 18,000 sq. ft. building will feature six 90 ft. drive-through bays.
Schow’s has been in business for more than 60 years, and is owned and operated by Steve and Don Schow. They are currently the owners of Several Carquest part stores; a Western Star, JCB, Nationalease and CIMC dealership in Heyburn and Idaho Falls, Idaho; and a Freightliner, Western Star and JCB dealership in Nampa, Idaho.
