Truck-Lite presents awards

Truck-Lite presented Harvey and Karen Zander with the 2011 NAST Truck-Lite Trophy for the art design they’ve created on their 2003 International Model 9001x.

According to Truck-Lite the Zander’s have more than 40 years of driving experience and 322 Truck-Lite LED lighting products on their vehicle. The St. Louis Park, Minn. based driving team was awarded a $5,000 check and trophy for their victory.

Jeremy Trout of Tecumseh, Mich. was awarded second place for the design on his 2007 Kenworth W900. He was awarded $2,500.

The Truck-Lite Trophy and cash prizes were presented by Tim Walker, Truck-Lite executive vice president of sales, Europe and Asia, and Don Miesen Jr., NAST interim executive director.
