Noregon Systems has added Don Ehlers as vice president of finance. He will report to Bill VanHorn, chief operating officer for Noregon Systems.

In this role, Ehlers will be responsible for Noregon’s overall financial management, the company says. Ehlers brings more than 20 years of experience in financial and operations management for public and private companies.

“Don’s extensive financial and corporate experience will play a crucial role in the implementation of Noregon’s business strategy,” says Van Horn. “His strong skills in strategic forecasting, budgeting, reporting and compliance will be a valuable asset as we continue to build our business and execute our growth plans.”

Teresa Bailey also has rejoined the company as vice president of human resources and administration. She will report to Bill Hathaway, Noregon’s CEO.

In this role, Bailey will be responsible for supporting Noregon’s strategic growth initiatives through employee recruitment and retention, benefits administration and the development of effective HR policies and procedures, the company says. Bailey previously worked at Noregon from 2000-2004.

“We are thrilled to have Teresa back at Noregon,” says Hathaway. “Her wealth of experience with leading companies, coupled with her dynamic leadership style, makes her an extremely valuable member of our management team. Finding and retaining talented people is central to our success, so Teresa’s HR initiatives will play a key role in the execution of our growth strategies.”
