Dayton Air Control Products introduces linkage kits

Dayton Air Control Products recently announced a new line of height control and leveling valve linkage kits, called Kwik-Link, for the OEM market and aftermarket replacements.

These adjustable length linkage kits are available in two sizes and present new technology; no cutting is required so labor is greatly reduced, the company says. The control links are designed with high quality steel and lined elastomer bushing system. The link is said to adjust and install with ease: simply loosen two screws, slide the links to the desired length and tighten the screws.

According to the company, other features include:

  • Ability to Withstands high impact shock:
  • Allows +/- 10 degrees of torsional rotation.
  • Provides vibration, and shock noise attenuation to increase valve life

Two sizes of kits are available: The 9 in. to 15 in.  Kwik-Link Kit   915 and

the 15 in. to 26 in.  Kwik-Link Kit 1526.

The kit also includes a wrench and scale for easy measurement so no tools are required, the company says.

“Our new Kwik-Link kits accommodate the most common sizes and therefore reduces the amount of inventory a shop needs to maintain.  For the fleet owner, these kits simplify complex link changeovers and make it quicker, and safer,” says Rob Haviland, president of Dayton Air Control Products.
