Grote Industries has named Josh Wilber as director of human resources, replacing Bruce Hofferth, who is retiring. Wilber spent his previous career in human resources with Ohio Valley Electric Co. of Piketon, Ohio, where he oversaw all HR issues involving trade and professional employees at all OVEC locations.
