Fontaine Parts Connection has added a parts finder application to its website. According to Fontaine, the app makes it easy for customers to quickly find top plate repair kit information for any Fontaine fifth wheel.
“Our customer service team gets a lot of calls from customers who need repair kit part numbers to ensure that they’re ordering the right replacement parts for their fifth wheels,” says Toby Harris, Fontaine Parts Connection vice president of sales and marketing. “Our new parts finder makes the process faster and easier for customers. Instead of calling and having our customer service representatives look up information for them, they can find what they need with just a couple of clicks online.”
To use the site, Fontaine says users simply select “find parts” from the main menu on www.fifthwheel.com, and then choose “quick find.” Then they type in their fifth wheel’s model number to bring up a list of product descriptions, top plate replacement numbers, and replacement kit part numbers and descriptions. Alternatively, Fontaine says user can choose to search by top plate model.
