Airman Inc. now is guaranteeing its customers a 5 percent increase in miles per gallon when using its Wingman air flow control product, and says if a customer does not reach the 5 percent increase with the product Airman will buy it back.
“Airman is so certain that [you] will get at least a 5 percent miles per gallon increase that we are offering to repurchase any non-performing Wingman we installed on a clean bottom 53 foot regular trailer,” says Bob Henderson, Wingman inventor and CEO of Airman Inc. “Truckers can now get a guaranteed mile per gallon increase and more along with the added features of our air flow control.”
Airman says Wingman’s operational features include ground clearance, high trailer stability in cross winds, spray control in wet weather that provides clear views on both sides of and behind the trailer, cooler running tires and brakes.
Wingman is tucked-in next to the rear axles and moves with the axles, and Airman says its design prevents damage from curbs, railroads or large elevation changes in skirt-unfriendly docks. Because Wingman is so short, under-trailer access also is not impeded. The product’s design also provides constant mileage benefits for all axle configurations, the company says.
