Aurora’s fifth truck/bus tires SmartWay verified

M-Aurora-UF03-2Hankook Tire America Corp. fifth Aurora brand truck and bus radial tires have been SmartWay-verified by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) SmartWay Technology Program.

The tires verified by the program include the Aurora UF03 (long-haul steer), UF04 (regional steer/all-position), UF07 (long-haul trailer), UZ02 (closed shoulder drive position) and UZ03 (open shoulder drive position), recognizing the five patterns as low rolling resistance tires which provide fuel savings and/or emission reduction benefits for fleet customers.
