Columbus McKinnon Corporation announced Monday the addition of more than 17 new rigging products, including shackles, hooks and chain, to its In-Stock Guarantee program.
The company now guarantees more than 180 chain and rigging products in-stock.
“Our In-Stock Guarantee is not a promotion, it’s a new way of doing business that our competition simply cannot offer,” says Tim Lewis, product manager, rigging products & manual hoists. “We currently guarantee availability of more than 190 American-made products and will continue to expand this program to include more and more of the products our customers use most.”
The In-Stock Guarantee is designed to provide channel partners and distributors with best-in-class service and delivery of the chain and forged attachment products that they use every day, the company says. It also ensures product availability and reduces their on-hand product inventory.
