Larson releases LED spotlight

Larson ElectronicsLarson Electronics has added a high-intensity LED spotlight to its line of products.

This ultra-compact LED light produces a 2750 lumen output with low voltage and amp draw, 50,000 hour service life and 12 to 32 volt compatibility, the company says.

The spotlight is constructed with a single CREE 25 Watt LED that produces 2750 lumens of intense light. It is combined with a high-output reflector to produce a narrow 10-degree spread spot beam approximately 1,000 ft. long. Larson Electronics says the spotlight operates on 12-32 volts DC and is shipped with a 16 ft. coil cord that ends in a cigarette plug to operate on any vehicle.

“The beam on this ultra-compact LED spotlight is very effective to the far end of its reach at 1,000 feet,” says Rob Bresnahan with Larson Electronics. “With LED technology, the HUL-LED25WRE spotlight will not get as hot as a halogen spotlight and the bulb will last a lot longer.”

According to the company the light is built for durability and comfort with an impact resistant housing, an ergonomically designed 5 in. tall polycarbonate handle that matches the contours of your hand and a light head that can be adjusted vertically. The 5.5 in. diameter lamp and reflector assembly is protected by a polycarbonate lens that is sealed against water and dust to provide an IP68 rating and weatherproof protection, the company says.
