Make that six in a row for ConMet.
The company announced Tuesday it was recently recognized by Paccar with Leader-level honors in the company’s 2025 Supplier Performance Management (SPM) program for all three ConMet product categories supplied to the manufacturer: wheel ends, castings, and plastics.
Paccar’s SPM program measures supplier performance in product development, operations, aftermarket support and alignment with Paccar’s key business objectives. According to Paccar, the program is designed to strengthen collaboration and continuous improvement between the OEM and its suppliers, helping drive performance gains and product innovation.
“This marks the sixth straight year ConMet has received PACCAR’s SPM recognition, and that consistency is something we value deeply,” says Ramesh Ramanathan, chief operating officer of ConMet. “Recognition across plastics, castings, and wheel ends reflects the sustained focus our teams bring to quality, execution, and customer support.”
“Paccar is proud to honor the 2025 SPM award winners,” adds Brennan Gourdie, Paccar vice president of global purchasing. “Their performance in the SPM Program reflects the strength of our relationship and highlights their level of engagement. We greatly value their contributions to PACCAR’s success.”
Paccar also notes the importance of supplier commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
“We appreciate the commitment to quality, continuous performance improvement and investments these suppliers have made in supporting Paccar,” says Laura Bloch, Paccar senior vice president.
