The following safety recalls were issued Monday by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA):

  • Corp. Micro Bird is recalling certain 2021-2023 G5, 2022-2023 MBII, and 2022 T-Series school buses. The seat-level rub rails may be incorrectly attached to the side of the bus. Incorrectly attached rub rails may not offer adequate protection against an impact, increasing the risk of injury. NHTSA says potentially 77 units are affected by the recall.
  • Forest River is recalling certain 2022-2023 East to West Alta travel trailers. The side marker lights may not reflect light as intended. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment." Non-reflective side marker lights can reduce the vehicle's visibility to other drivers, increasing the risk of a crash. NHTSA says potentially 2,707 units are affected by the recall.
  • Quality Trailers Ohio is recalling certain 2022 A, AW, B, and DH trailers. The coupler was improperly welded, which may cause a trailer to separate from the tow vehicle. Trailer separation from a tow vehicle can increase the risk of a crash. NHTSA says potentially 534 units are affected by the recall.
