The following safety recalls were issued Monday by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA):

  • Aluminum Trailer Company is recalling certain 2021-2024 Toy Hauler 5th wheel trailers. The LED backlight circuit board in the cooktop range may fail, causing the board to overheat. A circuit board that overheats increases the risk of a fire. NHTSA says potentially 398 units are affected by the recall.
  • Braun Corporation is recalling certain 2023-2024 Chrysler Voyager vehicles, equipped with certain GO-ES Space Saver Foldaway Seats. The recliner mechanism may not engage when the seat back is fully reclined. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 210, "Seat Belt Assembly Anchorages." The seat back could release when force is applied to the shoulder belt, increasing the risk of injury during a crash. NHTSA says potentially 199 units are affected by the recall.
  • Forest River is recalling certain 2024 Solera, 2024-2025 Forester, and Sunseeker motorhomes. The Liquid Propane (LP) line may not be properly secured, which can cause the line to become damaged and leak. A propane gas leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire. NHTSA says potentially 318 units are affected by the recall.
  • FR Conversions is recalling certain 2023-2024 Ram Promaster vehicles, equipped with certain GO-ES Space Saver Foldaway Seats. The recliner mechanism may not engage when the seat back is fully reclined. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of FMVSS number 210, "Seat Belt Assembly Anchorages." The seat back could release when force is applied to the shoulder belt, increasing the risk of injury during a crash. NHTSA says potentially 150 units are affected by the recall.
  • ST Engineering Hackney is recalling certain 2023-2024 Kidron Refrigerated Trailers. The wheel lug nuts may not be tightened properly. Improperly tightened lug nuts may result in a loose or detached wheel, increasing the risk of a crash. NHTSA says potentially 12 units are affected by the recall.
  • Tiffin Motorhomes is recalling certain 2024-2025 Byway motorhomes. The secondary emergency exit in the bedroom was not installed. A missing emergency exit window could prevent or delay the occupants from exiting in the event of an emergency, increasing the risk of injury. NHTSA says potentially 42 units are affected by the recall.
