Karmak announced Tuesday a new suite of Ford integrations in its flagship Windows-based platform, Fusion.
Fusion’s present suite of Ford integrations includes eReact (UDB), Ford One Warranty Solutions (OWS), OASIS, Parts Order, Parts Return, and Ford Financials. Karmak adds it has even more Ford integrations coming to Fusion later this year, including Ford RIM (Retail Inventory Management), FordPart.com, and OEC MyPriceLink integrations.
“Our existing clients have expressed a need for integrated Ford functionality within the Fusion DMS, and we’re pleased to give them access via Fusion’s new integration suite with Ford,” says Adam Madsen, Karmak vice president, Business Solutions. “We’re also excited at the doors this opens for Karmak to partner with other companies reliant on Ford functionality.”
