Bridgestone Americas will introduce a new Fleet Portal platform at the Truck Maintenance Council Annual Meeting and Transportation Technology Exhibition March 16-19 in Nashville.

The Fleet Portal integrates key systems into a web-based application, including features such as account management, locations and users, vehicles and assets, service events, billing and invoicing, reporting metrics and key performance indicators, knowledge resources and support, and direct access to other priority Bridgestone applications. It also includes the Service Dispatch solution, connecting fleets to the Bridgestone Commercial Dealer Network (BCDN), automating the deployment of technicians and providing full-scale tracking of photos, documents and more.

Initial launch capabilities will include an automated service event workflow that uses fleet data and profile preferences to eliminate double entry, route service requests and help expedite tire-related repair services. It will also have a streamlined search for support resources, troubleshooting protocols, technical documents and data reports. Lastly, it will offer centralized network access.
Bridgestone plans to incorporate future upgrades to the Fleet Portal, such as enhancing it with AI-driven analytics and further workflow automation to serve as an important step in Bridgestone's broader strategy to harness AI across fleet solutions and strengthen the digital tools that support customers every day.
