Mack Trucks announced on Tuesday it's expanding Mack Premium Service Contract coverage to its MD Series.
"Whether it's a single truck or a large fleet, our customers count on their Mack vehicle being ready for work every day," says Ashish Sadhu, Mack Trucks Services director. "A service contract takes the surprises out of maintenance and keeps costs predictable so owners can stay focused on running their businesses."

Mack says the coverage is tailored to how the truck operates and can include things such as preventive maintenance and extended protection for the powertrain, aftertreatment system, chassis, clutch and towing at a fixed price.

Inspections, preventive maintenance and repairs can be scheduled in a single visit to be performed by factory-trained technicians using genuine replacement parts. Regular maintenance and engine oil analysis helps to catch issues early, Mack says, reducing unexpected repairs and supporting more fuel efficiency.
The service contract is available through Mack dealers.
